Training Environment
Our training center is located in the center of Brussels. Public transport is at hand : major train stations, underground, buses, … Parking facilities are free for all delegates on public courses. We have large and well-equipped training rooms and several break-out rooms for exercices and workshops. |
Quality
In 2003, 2005 and 2008, we received the Q*For Certificate. This is a specific quality certification for training organisations. We are also accredited by APMG, Exin and ISEB. During the courses, we aim to offer the best quality in training : instructors, premises, service. Our team is always happy to help you and to answer your questions. At the end of each course, we ask our delegates to fill our evaluation form. These forms are immediately reviewed by our management team. If an evaluation does not meet our quality standards, we contact the participant to find the right solution to his/her problem.
